Every September, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA) promoted Recovery Month to increase awareness and understanding of mental health and substance use and to celebrate communities. On September 9, 2023, the Big Texas Rally for Recovery San Antonio will serve as the culmination of many activities that take place during Recovery Month.
- There is no entry fee to attend the event. Event runs from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Seating will be available, but feel free to bring your blanket and/or lawn chairs. Los Patios is a beautiful setting with lots of trees and shade.
- Children’s Activities including Pony Rides, Bounce House, Face Painting, Balloon Art, Super Heroes, Carnival Games, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Snowcones. There is no charge for the Children’s activities!
- Live band
- Food available to purchase
- And, much, much more!
