Call our administrative offices at 655-6171, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily. We will ask you to come in and complete an employment application, or you can download our application and fill it out in advance. Please note, all prospective employees must provide required identification before their applications will be considered. Los Patios is an equal opportunity employer.
Yes, we frequently give in support of charitable events. We usually issue a gift card to the organization to use at a live or silent auction. If you would like us to consider a donation to your organization, simply write to us, making the request.
No. Los Patios is not a public park. Activities such as picnicking, fishing, pitching a day camp along the creek, and the like are not allowed. Our property is for the enjoyment of our dining, shopping and service patrons.
We restrict the use of our grounds for commercial and advanced amateur portraiture. If your are here with friends and have your point and shoot camera, snap pictures to your heart’s delight.
On Sunday’s we offer buffet service only. While the offerings vary weekly, the buffet always includes peel and eat shrimp, an extensive salad bar, several vegetables and entrees, an omelette station, three meat carvery, and an extensive dessert table, always featuring our signature strawberry crepes.
Paseo Salado is our nature trail. The trail meanders around the center of our campus, and along a beautiful stretch of Salado Creek. We’ve published an interpretive guide to many of the flora and fauna in our area, which is free for the asking. Over thirty species of trees, plants and shrubs are marked. We give docent-guided tours by prior arrangement. The tours focus on ethno-botany, environment and ecology, and the history of Los Patios. Tours vary from 20 minutes to an hour, based on your preference.
Lots. Our merchants are open daily for relaxed and interesting shopping, as well as salon and day spa services. The natural beauty of our grounds are yours to explore, either on your own or with a trail guide, available at the Gazebo restaurant or our administrative offices in the Galeria building.
We ask that you make a reservation for parties of five or more. Though not usually required, we suggest you call for a reservation regardless of the size of your party on holiday weekends and during Fiesta.
No. Our retail dining is lunch only, seven days a week, with buffet service on Sunday. Evening dining is by private party arrangement only through our catering department.
Our catering staff works by appointment, so please call to arrange a meeting time if you would like an event consultation and guided tour of Los Patios. Remember, facilities for private events cannot be reserved by phone, but only by written contract and payment of a non-refundable deposit.
The Garden Room at Los Patios provides full service event decorating to our Los Patios private event clients. When you are ready, call 655-6171 to arrange a consultation.
In the event of rain, outdoor events such as creekside weddings are relocated to the client’s reception facility. Alternatively, clients may have their outdoor venue tented, which can be arranged through third-party rental companies. It is a common misconception that Los Patios is vulnerable to flooding. Not so. Due to a series of dams upstream, Los Patios is protected from all but the most extreme rainfall events.
